Because Firebeard Threads products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Orders can enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Returns, refunds and replacements are also subject to the applicable policies of our fulfillment partners, including Printful and Printify.
